This is the first time it has been held there and coincides with our great FREE meal offer (see below). After the very successful few years at the Lynnehurst in Johnstone, a few of the committee members “did a recky” of the available hotels in the area and felt the the Glynhill would offer a great experience to those attending just the Dinner Dance but also for those who might stay for the weekend. Dear Friends The FBGA over the years has accomplished many things – sustained the refuge that was Cottage 8, provided financial assistance to those who were in need and planned social gatherings and channels of communication for former boys and girls. This was accomplished through the generous donations and subscriptions of members and the voluntary work of the Committee members. At a recent meeting of the Committee it was recognised that over the years we have seen a steady fall in the number of subscribers to the Association and a reduction in those attending the AGM and Dinner Dance. In order to address these issues the Committee has decided to offer members (and associate members†) of the FBGA a FREE* meal! Here’s how it works. On the new site there are many ways in which you can create the content and interact with others. Effectively, you can create your own website.
